Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. 金年会 serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. He has served as a director since 1994 and the Chairman of the Board since 2018. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in 2007, Mr. 金年会 served as President and Chief Operating Officer, positions to which he was first appointed in 1994. Mr. 金年会 joined 金年会 Polypropylene Corporation as a Vice President in 1987 after working for Olympus Oil for four years, later becoming a Senior Vice President and General Manager. Mr. 金年会 has also served as Senior Vice President of 金年会 Chemical Corporation and as Senior Vice President of 金年会 Packaging Corporation, a former subsidiary of our company.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Philip M. Lister is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lister has held this position since July 2021. He oversees the Company鈥檚 Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Development, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Tax and Treasury functions. From May 2019 to June 2021, Mr. Lister served as Vice President, Corporate Development and from April 2011 to May 2019, he served as Vice President Global Finance and Strategic Planning for the Polyurethanes division. Prior to that, Mr. Lister served in various financial and business roles in Polyurethanes both in Europe and in the United States. Mr. Lister joined 金年会 in July 1999 with the ICI acquisition. Mr. Lister is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

David Stryker is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Stryker was appointed to this position upon joining 金年会 in June of 2013. Prior to joining 金年会, Mr. Stryker served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of the BASF Corporation. For nine years he worked as the senior legal, compliance and government affairs officer in North America and sat on the North America Executive Committee. Previously, he was Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Siemens Corporation and, prior to that, a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. Mr. Stryker started his legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Bork on the Circuit Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific and Division President, Polyurethanes

Anthony P. Hankins is Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific and Division President, Polyurethanes. Mr. Hankins was appointed to CEO, Asia Pacific in February 2011 and to President, Polyurethanes in March 2004. From May 2003 to February 2004, Mr. Hankins served as President, Performance Products, from January 2002 to April 2003, he served as Global Vice President, Rigids Division for our Polyurethanes business, from October 2000 to December 2001, he served as Vice President鈥擜mericas for our Polyurethanes business, and from March 1998 to September 2000, he served as Vice President鈥擜sia Pacific for our Polyurethanes business. Mr. Hankins worked for ICI from 1980 to February 1998, when he joined our Company. At ICI, Mr. Hankins held numerous management positions in the plastics, fibers and polyurethanes businesses. He has extensive international experience, having held senior management positions in Europe, Asia and the U.S.

Jan Buberl is President of the 金年会 Performance Products Division.  Previously, Jan served as Vice President of 金年会 Polyurethanes, Americas, and as a director of 金年会鈥檚 Chinese PO/MTBE joint venture with Sinopec.  He worked at Venator (formerly 金年会 Pigments) and spent sixteen years with BASF in various global roles, including leading the development of BASF鈥檚 North American corporate strategy. Jan earned his master鈥檚 degree in international marketing from the University of Ludwigshafen, Germany in 2000 and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2001.

Scott J. Wright is Division President, Advanced Materials. Mr. Wright was appointed to this position in June 2016. Prior to that time, Mr. Wright served as Vice President of 金年会 Advanced Materials 鈥� Europe, Africa and the Middle East since 2011. Before joining 金年会鈥檚 Advanced Materials division, Mr. Wright spent 15 years in 金年会鈥檚 Pigments division in a number of roles of increasing responsibility 鈥� including product development, business planning, marketing and sales. Prior to joining 金年会 in July 1999, Mr. Wright worked with ICI.

Brittany Benko is Senior Vice President, EHS and Manufacturing Excellence. Prior to joining 金年会 in August 2020, Ms. Benko served as Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory at Southwestern Energy Company. Previously, Ms. Benko served in a variety of EHS roles with increasing responsibility at several companies including Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Chesapeake Energy Corporation, and BP.

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer

Wade Rogers is Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Rogers has held this position since May 2004. From October 2003 to May 2004, Mr. Rogers served as Director, Human Resources-Americas and from August 2000 to October 2003, he served as Director, Human Resources for our Polymers and Base Chemicals businesses. From the time he joined 金年会 in 1994 to August 2000, Mr. Rogers served as Area Manager, Human Resources鈥擩efferson County Operations. Prior to joining 金年会, Mr. Rogers held a variety of positions with Texaco Chemical Company.

Twila Day

Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Twila Day is Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Ms. Day was appointed to this position upon joining 金年会 in November 2018. Prior to joining 金年会, Ms. Day was Managing Director, National Practice Lead for Technology Services, and a member of the executive committee at Alvarez & Marsal. Previously, Ms. Day served at SYSCO Corporation for more than 20 years in a variety of positions, culminating in her appointment as Senior Vice President Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.

Kevin C. Hardman

Vice President, Tax

Kevin C. Hardman is Vice President, Tax. Mr. Hardman served as Chief Tax Officer from 1999 until he was appointed to his current position in 2002. Mr. Hardman is also Vice President, Tax of 金年会 International. Prior to joining 金年会 in 1999, Mr. Hardman was a tax Senior Manager with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he worked for 10 years. Mr. Hardman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master's degree in Tax Accounting.

Steven C. Jorgensen

Steven C. Jorgensen is Vice President and Controller. Mr. Jorgensen was appointed to this position effective August 2021. Mr. Jorgensen joined 金年会 in 2004 and has served in various roles, most recently as Vice President Finance and Controller of the Performance Products segment. Mr. Jorgensen previously served as Vice President Accounting Shared Services and Internal Controls from February 2012 to December 2016 and Vice President Internal Audit and Internal Controls from May 2007 to February 2012. Prior to joining 金年会, Mr. Jorgensen held a variety of positions at General Electric Consumer Finance and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Jorgensen is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ivan M. Marcuse

Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development

Ivan M. Marcuse is Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Prior to joining 金年会 in April 2017, Mr. Marcuse served as Director, Equity Research, Specialty Chemicals for KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. from 2011 to 2017. Previously, he was Vice President, Equity Research, Building Products and Materials, for Northcoast Research. Mr. Marcuse is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Claire Mei

Vice President and Treasurer

Yuhua 鈥淐laire鈥� Mei is Vice President and Treasurer. Ms. Mei was appointed to this role upon joining 金年会 in August 2018. Prior to joining 金年会, Ms. Mei served as Vice President and Treasurer at Chobani Global Holdings since 2016. Previously, Ms. Mei served in a variety of treasury and financial roles with increasing responsibility at several companies including Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and Hyatt Corporation. Ms. Mei was also a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in Shanghai, China. Ms. Mei holds a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Rachel Muir

Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary

Rachel Muir is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Ms. Muir was appointed to this position in May 2022. Ms. Muir joined 金年会 in 2007 and has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility in the legal department. Prior to joining 金年会, Ms. Muir was an associate attorney at the law firm of Ballard Spahr LLP. Ms. Muir started her legal career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Pierre Poukens

Vice President, Internal Audit

Pierre Poukens is Vice President, Internal Audit. Mr. Poukens was appointed to this position effective February 2012. Mr. Poukens joined 金年会 in January 2000 as Internal Audit Manager and was appointed as Director of Internal Audit in April 2005. Prior to joining 金年会, Mr. Poukens held various accounting and auditing positions with European companies in Belgium. Mr. Poukens is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Internal Auditing.

Nooshin E. Vaughn is Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis and Global Business Services. Ms. Vaughn was appointed to this position effective June 2018. Ms. Vaughn previously served as Director, Investor Relations. Prior to that, Ms. Vaughn held numerous roles in finance, accounting and information technology. Prior to joining 金年会 in 1997, Ms. Vaughn worked for the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Vaughn is a Certified Public Accountant.
